Legend’s pedigree looks like a Bozedown
black hall of fame - every individual alpaca in
that pedigree has contributed to the breeding of
highly successful blacks. Legend is affectionally
called the ‘freaky boy’! When shown as a Junior
it was stated that when you open his fleece it
is just like opening a high quality white and
yet it is jet black! His fleece is an incredible,
glowing black with extreme density. 2014
was Legend’s first breeding season; his first
12 crias were all black except for 1 dark fawn!

Our females give us a rich genetic base and including the entire UK black female herd of EP Cambridge purchased in 2016 together with all of our original alpacas bought from Inca Alpaca and many bred at Redens over the years. We also have a number of excellent fawn females which add to the quality of our herd.
